By signing up to work with Kasey Brown in this program, you are agreeing to the following terms.

I agree to shape the coaching relationship to best meet my needs by:

• Sharing what I know about my own motivations at the outset of the relationship;
• Being clear about my needs and goals at the outset of each session;
• Co-designing structures that will support me;
• Asking for changes if the coaching strategy is not working.

I give my coach permission to:

• Challenge me with powerful questions;
• Suggest that I take action regarding things that I identify as important to me;
• Hold me accountable for taking actions I commit to;
• Provide inquiries for me to consider.

I agree to the following business arrangements:

• Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business ventures, or general conditions of my life or profession.
• Because you have access to all the materials via the podcast, we do not issue refunds. See Kasey’s full refund and termination policy below.
• If you are struggling to pay for this program, please reach out to [email protected] for an adjusted payment schedule.
• Payment is due up front for all services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon via a payment plan. If your payment does not go through within a week of the invoice, we reserve the right to remove you from the program.
• All GoogleMeet sessions are recorded and will be shared following the session.
• Teal Flame Community includes support within the community space. For 1-1 support, please book coaching with Kasey. separately.

Full Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Full Termination Policy

You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. You will be required to submit your request for termination within 10 days of your next upcoming payment in order to alter that transaction.

If a client elects to exit a signed contract period early, client will be provided with a buy-out agreement at 50% of the remaining sum owed per the contractual agreement. All termination or downgrade requests will be honored providing these terms are met.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an email to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of the Program, Product or Service.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.

Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Programs, Products, Services and/or our Program Materials, including but not limited to our Website, private forum, e-mail communications, Facebook groups, live webinars or conference calls, or any other method of communications related to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials at any time without notice and in our sole discretion.

All of the terms of this Terms of Use, including but not limited to all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, release of claims, and our Refund Policy will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.

In conclusion:

I understand that I am working with Kasey Brown for business coaching in a group format, via the Teal Flame Community, at the agreed fee. Coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Because coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered reimbursable professional development or a deductible business expenses.
